The Honorable Judge John Brown spoke to our Club about the history and current status of Gallatin County Treatment Court. We learned that Treatment Court relies heavily on evidence-based research regarding drug court best practices. Andrea Lower, Treatment Court Coordinator, provided Rotarians with brochures describing the timeline of Treatment Court, number of applicants, and graduation rates. It was inspiring to hear how they are working to change lives!
