Plan to Attend District Assembly

The District Assembly will be held in White Sulphur Springs on October 12 & 13. Registration cost is only $20.00 per person and includes pizza Friday evening and breakfast and a light lunch on Saturday. On-line registration and payment is now open or you can use the mail-in form. PLEASE NOTE: Registration will not be complete until payment is received.

The preliminary schedule is also available. The details will be filled in as they become available. Go to montanarotary.org to register and view the agenda.

There are two primary motels in WSS: All Seasons (406-547-8888)has 20 rooms reserved for Rotary at $69.41 for double occupancy and the Spa (406-547-3366)has 10 rooms reserved at $58.85 for double. The District will subsidize rooms at $10.00 per Rotarian, so if there are three Rotarians in a room, the District will pay $30 of that room cost. If you are attending by yourself and want to share a motel room; but, don't know who is looking for a roommate, contact Arlene Weber at district5390_news@msn.com. She will attempt to put you in contact with other same gender Rotarians who are also looking to share. See you in October!!
