Kandy Rose receives Paul Harris Award

Kandy Rose received the Paul Harris Fellowship Award at the Noon Luncheon Tuesday November 27th. District Elect Mark Frisby spoke about her gift to Rotary International while President Todd Williamson and Pete Rose looked on.
